01.23.18 Ghormeh Sabzi (Persian lamb (or vegetarian) with green herb and lime stew)

This traditional Persian stew is savory and exceptionally delicious - it's hearty but fresh and tangy with Persian lime (genuine dried, all the way from Iran) and bountiful green herbs. Lemon rice with crispy lentils is also available for those who desire to eat this stew with rice (basmati is traditional but this lemon dal rice is super special!) Request no kidney beans in order comments if that is preferred. Vegetarian stew is made with potatoes, kidney beans, cauliflower, carrot, and the same abundance of green herbs and lime that makes this dish so delectably special! Request vegetarian in order comments if desired as well!

“The Persian stew (Ghormeh Sabzi) we received this week was A. MAZ. ING! (so good, _____ didn’t get any)”

"As someone who's eaten ghormeh sabzi in Tehran and many other parts of the Middle East, this was one of the best I've had and absolutely authentic!"
