08.18.15 Chilled white gazpacho with honeydew, almonds, green grapes and cucumbers

This cool, refreshing summer soup seems like it'd be more dessert than dinner, with all the fruit, but the olive oil, broth and garlic make it a surprisingly savory delight, albeit with an ambrosia overlay! Pair with the arugula, corn and to tomato salad for a cool summer feast (split one hearty portion of gazpacho between two people, to accompany two salads), or eat on its own as a light dinner on a warm evening. This dish is traditionally made with bread blended in, for texture, but I offer a gluten free and paleo option without bread for those who need it.The GF version will be lighter/thinner, but still delicious.
